Bevan Bell

Director of Photography/Coordinator

Watch My Reel

There is a term in sports called the “go-to” guy.  When the game is on the line, you get the ball to the player that gives you the greatest chance of winning.  Bevan is a go-to guy.  And in continuing the sports metaphor, he can play several positions with great ability, just as a natural athlete tends to be good all the way around.

Migrating from Memphis, the Home of the Blues and piqued with a sense of adventure and fresh outlook as he conquers San Francisco, The City that Knows How, Bevan has found a home with Beyond Pix, helping coordinate production crews, expediting live shots and assisting in our editorial department.

An experienced news cameraman that’s seen his share of harried deadlines and shooting in the midst of hurricanes and Presidential coverages, Bevan also loves the more melodious and ponderous beat of long-form filmmaking.  His first attempt at creating a feature length film awarded him the BareBones International Independent “Indie Auteur 2005” Award, for A COWBOY’S SILVER LINING.

Expect a lot from this young man as he continues to ply his trade in a very dynamic production community.
